Welcome to The Coach House at Beech Hill Farm. 

Beech Hill Farm is a 20 acre smallholding in the Sussex High Weald which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has panoramic views over the neighbouring countryside.

Originally built in 1799 as the Coach House to Beech Hill Farm, this oak framed building was lovingly restored to the highest standards in 1999 by Julia Desch.  Julia successfully ran The Coach House with many accolades until we moved here in late 2010.  For those who may have visited before, we hope to run the farm and The Coach House with a similar ethos with care for our local and wider environment and hope that you will come back to visit us.  For those who have not yet experienced the tranquility here, please browse our site to get a flavour of what we can offer you.
